Stripping down the boiler
Removing parts and cleaning them
Remove condensate syphon and clean

Reassemble parts

Carry out a gas tightness test to ensure your property is gas tight

Back Boiler only service:

Remove fire front
De soot and clean back boiler unit
Clean out the builders opening
Remove the burner and clean thoroughly
Carry out a flue flow test within the chimney with smoke pellets to ensure combustion products are
Removed properly
Check burner gas pressure
Check gas rates
Check safety device
Refit fire front
Complete gas tightness test at meter to ensure whole property is gas tight

Back Boiler & Fire Front service combined:

Remove fire front
De soot and clean back boiler unit
Clean out the builders opening
Remove the burner and clean thoroughly
Carry out a flue flow test within the chimney with smoke pellets to ensure combustion products are
Removed properly
Check burner gas pressure
Check gas rates

Strip down fire
Remove coals / logs or other decorative features and clean
Check and clean burner, re-assemble fire
Check safety device
Check gas pressure to fire
Carry out spillage test on fire
Complete gas tightness test on meter to ensure whole property is gas tight

Fire Only Service:

Strip down fire & remove from builders opening
Remove coals / logs or other decorative features and clean
Check and clean burner
Clean out builders opening
Complete a flue flow test With smoke pellets to ensure combustion products are removed properly
Re-assemble fire
Check safety device
Check gas pressure to fire
Carry out spillage test on fire
Complete Gas Tightness test on meter to ensure whole property is gas tight
